The South Bay Vietnamese Cultural Center (SBVCC) is a non-profit organization operating in Torrance, California. The purposes of the organization are to:
☆Promote and preserve Vietnamese culture in the South Bay area
☆Provide humanitarian aid to people in various regions of Vietnam
☆Provide scholarship to children of less fortunate families to continue going to school.
